At Hearts of Integrity, Inc., we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a full, meaningful life—no matter their starting point. Founded by individuals who have walked the hard road toward personal transformation, we bring a rare combination of lived experience and professional care to the support of adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to empower those we serve with the tools, community, and confidence they need to thrive in the world around them.

We also offer supported employment services and operate a structured program to help individuals engage more actively with the world around them. From social recreation and volunteer opportunities to skill-building activities and educational workshops, we meet people where they are—fostering connection, curiosity, and personal growth. Our programs are rooted in inclusion and designed to create a sense of belonging, purpose, and joy in everyday life.

We proudly provide supportive living services (SLS) and independent living services (ILS) that are tailored to meet the unique goals of each individual. Whether someone is just beginning to transition out of their family home or needs ongoing support to maintain a stable, self-directed lifestyle, our team offers respectful, hands-on guidance in areas like budgeting, household maintenance, health and safety, and self-advocacy. The aim is not just to support, but to build the confidence and ability needed for long-term independence.

Our respite services are designed with families and caregivers in mind, offering trusted, short-term care solutions that provide rest and renewal for those who give so much. We understand the value of peace of mind, and our trained staff step in with compassion, professionalism, and continuity of care. Whether for a few hours or a few days, we’re here to ensure that everyone in the support circle has the space they need to be well.

Finally, our long-term vision includes the development of adult residential facilities (ARFs) in the Hemet and Riverside regions—safe, stable homes where adults can live with dignity, surrounded by compassionate care and community support. As we grow, we remain deeply committed to our founding values: integrity, empowerment, and heart.
