We are committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through person-centered employment services that recognize each person’s unique strengths, abilities, interests, and goals. Our mission is to provide the guidance, encouragement, and individualized support needed to help each participant build confidence, succeed in the workplace, and become more independent within their community.
Supported Employment Services
Our Supported Employment services are designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve meaningful and successful employment in their communities. We provide individualized Job Development and Job Coaching support based on each participant’s strengths, abilities, interests, and employment goals. From preparing for employment and identifying job opportunities to learning workplace responsibilities and maintaining employment, Hearts of Integrity provides ongoing support to help participants build confidence, increase independence, and achieve long-term employment success.
Individualized Employment Support
Our employment services are tailored to the unique strengths, abilities, interests, and goals of each participant. We provide individualized support throughout the employment process, including job preparation, job development, workplace training, and ongoing Job Coaching. Our goal is to help participants develop the skills and confidence needed to become more independent in the workplace, maintain successful employment, and achieve their individual employment goals
Job Coaching Support
Our Job Coaching services provide individualized, hands-on support to help participants succeed in the workplace. Job Coaches assist with learning job duties, developing appropriate workplace behaviors, improving communication, building positive relationships with supervisors and coworkers, and increasing productivity and independence. Support is tailored to each participant’s needs, with the goal of helping individuals maintain successful employment while becoming increasingly confident and independent on the job.
